Technical Support Engineer (Many positions)
Job description
– Provide IT system setup (PCs, Servers, Network devices)
– Provide Support and Troubleshooting for customers
– Maintenance existing customers & In-house IT system
Qualification
– Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related field.
– 0 – 3 years experience.
– Knowledge of Networking (OSI stack, IPv4, IPv6, )
– Experience in OS Installation (Windows, Windows Server, Linux)
– Experience in network configuration (Switch, Router, Wireless, Firewall / Cisco, DELL, Mikrotik)
– Experience in various Internet Service (DNS, DHCP, Web server, Mail server, VPN, VoIP, Monitoring)
– Experience in system administrator or maintenance is advantage
– Experience in Virtualization, Cloud, Backup technologies is advantage
– Competent in using computers (MS Word, Excel, Visio).
– Good Service Minded, problem solving skill, Good client-facing skill
– Enthusiastic, Self Creativity, Able to learn new technologies.
– Have responsibility, Able to work under pressure, on delivery schedule.
– Able to work after working hours, up-country, good teamwork skill.
System Engineer (Many positions)
Job description
– Design and Implement Enterprise IT Solution (Servers, Storage, Network devices)
– Provide Support and Troubleshooting for customer’s IT infrastructure
– Maintenance customer’s IT infrastructure
Qualification
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related field.
– 3+ years experience in system administration or maintenance
– Expert in Networking (LAN, WAN, SAN, VPN, IPv4, IPv6, Routing )
– Expert in network configuration (Switch, Router, Wireless, Firewall / Cisco, DELL, Mikrotik)
– Expert in various Internet Service (DNS, Web server, Mail server, VoIP)
– Expert in Storage, Virtualization, Cloud technology (VMware, VSAN, Openstack)
– Competent in using computers (MS Word, Excel, Visio).
